You can cycle from Milford on Sea to Lymington along the sea wall that forms part of the Solent Way (a 60 mile footpath from Milford on Sea to Emsworth Harbour). This part is a permissable cycle route through the Nature Reserve. The sea-wall can be accessed via a footpath in Keyhaven, opposite the Gun Inn pub and just behind the main Keyhaven car park.
A useful map of starting and end points and possible car parks to use along with useful pub stops can be found here.
