Arguably one of the best Thai restaurants in the area, Britannia Thai offer a huge selection of authentic Thai dishes made from all fresh ingredients. At lunch time they also offer a tapas menu. They do get quite busy on weekends so probably best to book. They also offer a takeaway service for which they offer a discount.

The White Horse Pub is situated on Keyhaven Road a short distance from the High Street. The White Horse is one of the original pubs in Milford on Sea and offers traditional British pub grub. Decor is dark and traditional making it a cosy retreat on a cold night. Big beer garden with children's play area.

The Beach House is situation on the cliff-top in Milford on Sea and offers traditional pub food from the Dorset-based Hall & Woodhouse brewery's established classic menu. Based in a Grade II Listed House with tables in several small rooms, the ambiance is unique and there are some fabulous sea views. You're certainly spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out in Milford on Sea; the village has a huge range of places to eat, from award-winning high-end restaurants to chic bistro's and cosy, traditional pubs (there are also several places in the village that offer fantastic takeaway services).
The Cave is an independent wine shop and bar. Located opposite the village green in the centre of the village. The Cave is open 7 days a week 10am to late. Offering everything from morning coffee and cake to a range of wines, beers and nibbles, available to buy and take away, or enjoy in the bar area.
